CNC Metal Forming & Bending Services for Sheet Metal Fabrication
Since our establishment in 1986, we have accumulated over four decades of invaluable experience in shaping and bending parts to the exact specifications demanded by many industries. By utilizing press brakes, we streamline the process of bending and forming sheet metal, employing a punch and die to securely clamp the metal and facilitate the desired transformations.

Production Factors for Press Brake Forming
When searching for a press brake, numerous factors come into play, such as the type of machine, the weight of the material to be used, and its thickness. In situations where standard dies prove inadequate for achieving the required bends, specialized dies like window dies can be employed to surmount similar challenges. The process of metal bending encompasses three main types for their own distinct purposes, all using their own type of machinery: air bending, bottoming, and coining.
Our Sizing & Capacity Capabilities for Metal Forming & Bending
At R&R Design, we offer a wide range of press brakes, spanning from 48″ to 144″ in size, with capacity of 15 to 140 tons, providing the necessary power for your bending tasks. To enhance precision and efficiency, all our press brakes are equipped with either a Hurco Axis or Auto Backgauge. These features allow for accurate positioning of the bend at the desired location and seamless transitions between bends, enabling the production of intricate and complex parts.
