Custom Fabrication & Machine Shop Capabilities

Since 1986 R&R Design, Inc. has been a leader in design, engineering and production of parts for many fields but predominantly the marine industry. We are a full turn key manufacturing facility. You will find top of the line equipment that allows us to produce from the simplest of parts to the most intricate multi-part assembly.

Within our 31,000 square foot facility, we have a full machine shop with five CNC mills and three CNC lathes capable of producing precision parts to customer specifications. Using the latest version of master cam we can easily convert and program from your file type. You will also find a ten station welding department with the capability to weld aluminum, stainless and steel to meet any welding needs. We have five Wiedeman turret presses that allow us to punch parts quickly and accurately and a press brake department with up to 100 tons of braking capacity.

The newest addition to our facility is a Trumpf Trulaser 2030 Fiberoptic which is one of the newest cutting edge pieces of production equipment that has increased our capabilities and gives our customers even more options. Our flow water jet also allows us to offer our customers parts without the added expense and delay of special tooling.

R&R Design, Inc. also has its own powder coat line with two stations that allow us to turn powder coated parts more quickly and we are able to offer a wide varity of finishes and colors.
